Olumuyiwa Akindahunsi: 29-Year-Old Homeless Man Arrested for Serial Assaults on Female UCLA Students

The final incident occurred around 12:05 a.m. on Friday, May 29, at Cedar Hall. A witness heard a victim calling for help, intervened, and pursued the suspect as he fled the building. Witnesses then directed officers to Akindahunsi’s location near Parking Structure 8, where he was detained without incident.

UCPD arrested Olumuyiwa Akindahunsi early Friday morning. He was booked on suspicion of:
