This statement was based on his experiences with the Pentagon’s UFO/UAP task force, lending some weight to his assertions.

Nell's declaration that interactions between non-human intelligence and humans are not a new phenomenon but have been ongoing for some time is particularly intriguing. 

The term “non-human intelligence” has recently been adopted by officials discussing the possible existence of extraterrestrial life, indicating a shift in how these phenomena are being addressed at official levels.
